Who is this training suitable for?
This Swallow Awareness Training is suitable for anyone responsible for caring for people with dysphagia. The course has been created with care staff, healthcare assistants, nurses, speech and language therapists, AHPs and home carers all involved in the testing and validation of the product.
How long does the training take?
On average the training takes approximately 90 minutes to complete. Your progress, however, is saved on the completion of each chapter so you can complete the training at your own pace.
What happens to my account when I have completed the training?
Your account will remain active for you to access your profile and training certificates. You will also continue to have full access to all the training materials provided you have an active subscription.
What equipment do I need to complete the training?
The only equipment you require to complete the training is a device with a modern internet browser (eg. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and a reliable connection to the internet.
I have received an access code from my employer. How do I redeem it?
These access codes were used as part of the SEHSCT product testing period. This testing has now been completed and these access codes are no longer valid.
I previously took the training as part of the SEHSCT product testing. Can I still access my account?
Your account is no longer active. However, should you wish to signup, please get in touch with us at support@golearnhealthcare.com for a discount on your first year's subscription.
